The vision of the Scape Living partners was to create a new kind of student accommodation; one that was affordable but with design at its heart. They enlisted the help of leading interior designers and top architects to ensure the high standards were met. Their hard work has resulted in the best student accommodation in London. All of our studios feature clean lines and loads of natural light, so that your room is not only comfortable, but fun to look at, too. Our unique window seats give our studios that bit of added space, so you have an extra area to study or relax.

Alongside all of our striking design features, we also offer ample space to socialise and study with high speed Wifi throughout, so you’re always connected. We have even added on things our students have asked for, such as more private rooms for group study, or a Gym, like at Scape East.

From the outside

Scape Living's buildings are just as impressive from the outside. Suited to their local areas with huge glazed entrances, white concrete and bronze exteriors, Scape always stands out from the crowd.

We are proud that our buildings are energy efficient and sustainable. Scape Living employs green roofs which benefit biodiversity in the local area, while our grey water is recycled rather than wasted. We encourage all our staff and students to recycle, and much of our educational and communal space is heated by ground water.
