The Building

Designed by Stephen Marshall Architects, and an impressive 11 storeys high, Scape Shoreditch is a striking addition to the Old Street area. Restaurant, retail, coworking and teaching spaces will fill the lower two levels, with the area taking on a lively and energetic atmosphere at night time. The building will be topped by four pavilions which are set within a rooftop landscaped garden. Concourse balconies will connect the wings and provide all studios with access to the huge multipurpose common space containing a gym, communal kitchen, study areas, laundry, and TV lounge with pool table.

Our students will have a choice of three studios types, but all will enjoy window seats, Corian worktops, power showers, private heat controls and in-room safes. The larger rooms will feature double beds and extra large window seats.

From ample bicycle storage to recycling schemes and cashless pay systems, Scape Shoreditch has it all.  The building may not open until 2015, but you can still register your interest to receive regular updates.
