New accommodation in Greenwich

Scape Greenwich opened in September 2013 on the Greenwich Peninsula, a short walk from the O2 arena and Ravensbourne. University of Greenwich, Greenwich School of Management, Trinity Laban and Bellerbys are also close by. The nearest London Underground station is North Greenwich, and from here you can reach central London in 10 minutes. The Jubilee line reaches Birkbeck, University of Sunderland London, University of Westminster and Kings College; and with 8 bus routes Goldsmiths, LCC, Kaplan and London South Bank University are all within close reach.

Scape Greenwich boasts a campus feel with shared study spaces, striking communal areas, designer student studio apartments and ideal location in London. Designed by award-winning architects, Scape Greenwich offers 280 luxury studios, many of which are discounted for Ravensbourne nominated students. All student rooms come with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable small-double bed with built-in storage, en suite shower room and large windows that allow plenty of natural light! Communal balconies alternate floors and afford stunning views of Canary Wharf, the City and local parkland.

Social community

Once you enter the building, you'll notice the warm and welcoming reception desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A large, deluxe communal kitchen allows students to cook & dine together as it opens up onto a comfortable dining area which doubles as a demonstration theatre.

The building is filled with ample common space. Students can put on events or just watch TV, watch a movie or and play games. Stunning atrium study spaces alternate floors, along with large shared balconies on every other floor. You can be as sociable as you want, whether you prefer to study in a big group, or in a more private setting, and with spacious studios, there is always a place to study or relax.

The ultimate student experience

“We thought about the designs a lot; you can be as sociable as you want... from sitting in a big group on the ground floor, or a smaller one upstairs, or even working in your room with the doors opening onto a study space.” Tim Pyne, Design Director for Scape Greenwich
“Scape has designed a stunning building... bringing a great sense of innovation and vibrancy to the community.” Anthony Gill, Quintain Development Director
“As far as cooking goes, we've added a big communal kitchen on the ground floor so students can cook together if they want to... the open floor plan extends to the comfortable eating space, so the kitchen can act as a demonstration theatre for cooking classes taught by local chefs. We think international students will enjoy sharing recipes from home.” Adam Brockley, Scape CEO
