Overview

Scape Greenwich will open in September 2013. We are located on the Greenwich Peninsular, a short walk from the O2 arena and Ravensbourne. The University of Greenwich and Trinity Laban are also close by. The closest London Underground station is North Greenwich, and from here you can reach central London in 10 minutes.

Scape Greenwich boasts a campus feel with large multiuse spaces, striking design, loft-style apartments and ideal location. Designed by award-winning architects, Scape Greenwich offers 280 luxurious studios, 100 of which have been discounted for Ravensbourne students. All rooms come with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double bed with built-in storage, an ensuite shower room and a window seat with views of parklands and the city.

A sense of community

Once you enter the building, you'll notice the warm and welcoming 24 hour reception desk overlooks the courtyard. A large, deluxe communal kitchen is located on the ground floor, where students can cook & dine together. This opens up onto a comfortable dining area which doubles as a demonstration theatre for local chefs to teach cooking classes.

The building is filled with ample multi-function space. Students can put on events or just watch TV and play pool. Stunning atrium study spaces alternate floors, along with communal balconies on every other floor. You can be as sociable as you want, whether you prefer to study in a big group, or in a more private setting, and with extra large studios, there is always a place to study or relax.

Scape & Ravensbourne have partnered to provide Ravensbourne students 100+ rooms at a reduced rate

“We thought about the designs a lot; you can be as sociable as you want... from sitting in a big group on the ground floor, or a smaller one upstairs, or even working in your room with the doors opening onto a study space.” Tim Pyne, Design Director for Scape Greenwich
“Scape has designed a stunning building... bringing a great sense of innovation and vibrancy to the community.” Anthony Gill, Quintain Development Director
“As far as cooking goes, we've put a big communal kitchen on the ground floor so students can cook together if they want to... It can open onto a comfortable eating space and the kitchen can become a demonstration theatre for cooking classes taught by local chefs. We also think international students will enjoy sharing recipes from home.” Adam Brockley, Scape CEO
